High-coverage, white wall paint with insulating properties for reliably painting over dry water stains, stains caused by water damage from plumbing, discoloration resulting from the removal of mold, and similar surface blemishes. Reliably and permanently covers discoloration. Suitable for use on plaster, concrete, stone, and similar mineral substrates; OSB, gypsum board, and other drywall panels; paintable wallpaper and wood-fiber wallpaper; existing emulsion paint coatings; and similar surfaces.
