Terms of delivery and payment
These terms of delivery apply in addition to the General Terms of Delivery and
Terms and Conditions of the paint industry.
I. Terms of delivery
The graduated prices in the price list apply to the combined purchase of the products ex works
ex works plus the statutory value added tax.
We deliver free kerbside for orders over 500 kg or € 500.00.
Sales are made exclusively in complete shipping units (PU).
Visible damage must be confirmed by the driver of the forwarding agent on the consignment note.
II Terms of payment
Our invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date with a 2% discount
discount or within 30 days without deduction.
III Dealer obligations
We offer high-quality products under the Glutolin brand. This should be reflected in the infrastructure
